This guide explains how to resolve payment disputes and make repayments for chargeback orders depending on the payment method used.
Important Note: Resolving a dispute or making a repayment does not guarantee the removal of limitations on your account. We may take additional steps to review the situation before reinstating full functionality.
Delivery/Product Dispute
If you have a dispute regarding an order's delivery or product quality, you can close the dispute directly through your PayPal account:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Go to the Resolution Center.
- Locate the open dispute and choose the option to close it.
Once the dispute is closed/resolved, We will remove any restrictions associated with the dispute from your account, allowing you to continue using its services.
Claim
For claims filed on PayPal transactions, you can request to dismiss it yourself:
- Access your PayPal account.
- Visit the Resolution Center.
- Find the transaction in question and choose the option to close the dispute.
Similar to disputes, closing a claim will prompt PayPal to remove any limitations related to the claim, allowing you to make new purchases within 24 hours.
Credit Card Chargeback
If a chargeback was issued on your credit card purchase, we recommends contacting your card issuer directly to resolve the matter. Here's what you need to do:
- Contact your credit card issuer and explain that the payment dispute was a misunderstanding or communication error.
- Request them to close the chargeback case.
- Once the card issuer acknowledges your request and confirms the chargeback is dissolved, forward a copy of the email communication (including both your request and their response) to us.
Upon receiving confirmation from their payment processor that the case is settled/closed, PayPal will take necessary steps to remove any restrictions on your account.
