How to Disable or Remove Your OffGamers Account

While we hope you'll continue to be a part of OffGamers, we understand if you need to take a break. If you wish to disable or remove your account, please contact our customer support.

Account Deletion Requirements

Before you can delete your account, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • No Ongoing Delivery Dispute: Ensure there are no unresolved delivery disputes associated with your account.
  • No Pending Orders: All orders must be completed, with none in verifying or processing status.
  • No Payment Disputes: Resolve any payment disputes before requesting account deletion.
  • Clear Outstanding Payments: Ensure there are no outstanding amounts owed due to pending payments.

Grace Period and Account Reinstatement

Once you've submitted your account deletion request, you have a grace period of 14 days. During this time, you can reinstate your account if needed. After the grace period ends, your account and all associated data will be irreversibly erased from our system. Please note that this process may take up to 2 days.

Data Retention Policy

While we delete your account and associated data, we'll continue to retain transactional data to comply with legal and tax obligations.
