Pending orders, what can I do ?

Payment success but order appears as Pending

  • Contact the card issuer OR login to your banking account to confirm whether the payment has been deducted.
  • If deducted, kindly contact our customer support via email along with the payment receipt.


Payment fail

  • Ignore the order. The order will be considered abandoned by our system and it will automatically cancel the order within 48 hours.


PayPal e-check

  • PayPal e-check clearance normally will take 3 to 5 working days.
  • Kindly contact PayPal customer support for further inquiries/assistance.
  • We will only be able to proceed with the order once we have received the payment confirmation from PayPal.


Order with Store Credits (SC) attached but payment failed

  • You may click the cancel button via our website and the store credit will be credited back to your account after the order is canceled.


Smart2Pay

  • It is currently under review by the bank. This review process may take approximately 3 to 5 business days to complete. Once we receive confirmation of your payment's approval, our system will automatically process the order.
