I am redirected back to the payment selection page after I have made payment, please tell me what’s wrong?

If you were to encounter this error in the payment checkout page, please :

i) Click on your OffGamers account icon on the right side of the screen. A drop-down list would pop up and you will need to click on the “View Orders” tab to navigate to you order list. Check on the order status of the latest order if your order has been placed. If there is an order in “Verifying” status, the redirection is most likely a glitch. Do not attempt to proceed on from the payment page again, you may end up placing another order.

ii) If the order status is on “Pending”, kindly wait for 3 minutes and refresh the page for an updated status of your order. If the order status remains unchanged, you are advised to send us a ticket for further assistance. 

iii) If there are no orders are in “Verifying” nor “Pending” status, send us a ticket immediately to report the problem. Do include a screenshot of the error and the error message. We will then contract our developers to fix the problem.
