What is OffGamers Points and how does it work?

OffGamers Points is given upon successful transaction(s) made for any products listed on the OffGamers website. Regular members will receive a standard amount of points based on the product(s) purchased. However, it doesn’t end there! This reward system is beneficial to gamers who are loyal and devoted to OffGamers. The greater the loyalty, the greater the rewards.

Please refer to the following table for the reward points entitlement for each membership status.

Important Notes: 

OffGamers Points is not provided on some products. 

OffGamers Points is not given for Store Credit purchases. OffGamers Points will be given when using the store credit to purchase our products.

OffGamers Points may vary from time to time.
OffGamers Points shown on the checkout page is finalised.

How much in store credits is 10,000 OffGamers Points?

10,000 OffGamers Points is equivalent to USD $1.00 in Store Credits after redemption has been completed. However, note that you can only redeem your OffGamers Points once you have accumulated 50,000 OG Points, which can be exchanged to USD $5.00.

Which means, each point is equivalent to 5.00/50000 = USD 0.0001

PS: Please take note that it's not exchangeable into Cash money.

How do i monitor/redeem OffGamers Points?

1. Please login to your account. Click on the "OffGamers Point" icon.

2. You will able to check all the OffGamers Points activity as showing in the image below. Once you have 50,000 OffGamers Points, the option for you to redeem will be available. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• You will be rewarded with OffGamers Points for each purchase of goods or services on the Portals.
• You may redeem the OffGamers Points for goods or Services on the Portals. The OG Points required to redeem such good or service shall be as stated in the Portals.
• The redemption of the OffGamers Points shall be subject to such further rules and regulations as OffGamers may introduce at any time or from time to time.
• OffGamers Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Each OffGamers Points shall automatically expire, without prior notice given by OffGamers, on the last day of the second (2nd) year from the day when that OG Points was first rewarded to you or such other timeframe as OffGamers may determine.
• OffGamers Points will be forfeited once an account is closed and you will not be able to reactivate your account or redeem them after.
• The conversion to Store Credits will not be immediate but will take place within 2 working days of your request being made. We will update you by email once the credits have been successfully converted and transferred to your OffGamers account.

  
  

Why I didn't receive OffGamers Points for my order?

OffGamers Points will not be provided if the product is on promotion/discount. You may check our products page and if the OffGamers Points value shown is "0", there will be no OffGamers Points given for purchasing that product. Please refer to the image below:
