  • Account Users have to go through our Automated Phone Verification System to verify your phone number.
  • If you encounter any problems with our Automated Phone Verification System, you can complete your phone verification either via SMS / System Voice Call to receive the verification code.
  • Please ensure your email address is up to date, all our notifications will be sent via email.
  • Please ensure your payment information is valid and updated from time to time.
  • Please add our email address (support@offgamers.com) to your whitelist, to ensure you are able to receive emails from us.


About eKYC Verification:


eKYC is a digital verification process that helps us to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized transactions. As the authorities recently made changes to the security policy and we adhere to the Anti-money laundering (AML) law, hence the eKYC measure aims to ensure compliance with the new requirements. "Anti-Money Laundering Regulations" require companies to complete due diligence procedures to ensure that they will not assist in money laundering activities or financial crimes.



1. When your order requires eKYC verification, you will receive an Email titled [OffGamers] Order Update XXX (XXX is your order number), click "VERIFY NOW" to enter the eKYC verification process.



2. Click "Verify Now" to upload your identification and credit card information (when uploading identification information, we will scan your selfie photo and use facial recognition technology to match your identity).



3. Use your mobile device to scan the displayed QR code (WeChat is not currently supported, it is recommended to use the browser installed on your mobile device such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari to scan the QR code), and upload the data according to the page prompts.



4. Complete the upload of all information and wait for eKYC to review. If the review time is too long, please check the latest status of the order or contact customer service via ticket.
