[Tenpay] Mobile Phone Prepaid Card Redeem Guide

Mobile Phone Prepaid Card Include:

China Mobile Reload Card

China Telecom Reload Card

China Unicom Reload Card

Kindly follow the guide below to top-up your Tenpay accounts via mobile phone prepaid card:

1. Login to your Tencent account: https://www.tenpay.com

2. Once you have logged in, click on "Top-up”.

3.Click on “Top-up via mobile phone prepaid card”, located at the top right of the page.

4.Choose your desired amount, then insert prepaid card serial and password.

Important Notice:

1. Actual amount received is 95% of the prepaid card value, 5% is deducted as service fee. Amount shown above is for reference purpose.

2. Each account can only top-up a maximum of 1,000 Yuan using mobile phone prepaid cards.
