What do I do if i do not receive the Device pin email?

Please check to make sure that you are accessing the email address that is registered to your OfGamers account. Also, check that the email is not filtered as spam/junk.


You may add "noreply@offgamers.com" to your contacts or trusted senders list before attempting to request a new pin again.


Our System sends out the Device Pin instantly, however, you may sometimes encounter a delay from your email providers depending on their server load and processing time. Please contact our Customer Support for assistance at support@offgamers.com if you did not receive the email after an hour.
