Login to your OffGamers account and navigate to the Change Secret Q&A selection. You will be required to contact our Customer Service Representatives.
- Inform our Customer Service Representatives that you wish to reset your Secret Q&A
- Our Customer Service Representative will then proceed to verifying your identity and submitting the reset request.
Once the reset is done for your Secret Q&A, you will receive an e-mail containing your new Pin Number. A separate mail will be sent pushing the link to entering your new Secret Q&A.
