Urgent: Beware of Phone Scams Impersonating Telecommunication Providers

It is brought to our attention that a customer was scammed through a phone call with someone that claims to be from their telecommunications provider. Do note that phone call scams are getting more prevalent. Make sure to do your due diligence and do not divulge any private or personal information over the phone. Any personnel that tells you to navigate to random websites is out to hack your device, do not fall into their trap.
